Parker EVSA and VSA series direct acting relief valvesThe structure of Parker's EVSA and VSA series direct acting relief valves is a seat valve with adjustable spring-loaded direct acting damping. There are three selectable maximum pressure regulation levels of 64, 160, and 315 bar. Its function is to open the cone valve when the pressure exceeds the set value of the regulating spring, allowing P → T or A → B to communicate. The integrated shock-absorbing valve core prevents pressure fluctuations in the transition zone. Pressure regulation can be adjusted through adjusting bolts with locking nuts. When necessary, cylinder pin locks can also be used to protect the set values. |

Parker DSDU series pilot operated relief valveThe Parker DSDU series pilot operated relief valve limits system pressure by opening the pressure port to allow oil to flow back to the tank. The valves in this structural series have a stable flow pressure characteristic curve, which is used for the safety of accumulator systems. This type of valve has been calibrated and certified by TUV (German Technical Monitoring Association). The corresponding TUV certificate is supplied together with the valve. (See note) |

Parker VBY * A/VMY * A series pilot operated pressure valveParker VBY * A/VMY * A series pilot operated pressure valve is a pilot operated pressure valve with a nominal size of 06, which can be used for stepless pressure regulation. For different functions such as compression force, back pressure, or clamping force, it can maintain a predetermined pressure constant. Its structure is: a pilot pressure valve consists of a pilot stage and a main stage. Adjust the pre compression spring acting on the hardened valve seat and valve cone by adjusting the bolt. The force of the pre compressed spring on the valve cone creates a control pressure between the valve seat and the hardened main stage sliding valve core, which keeps the valve core under the action of the spring in the adjustment position corresponding to the predetermined pressure. |

Parker DWL/DWK series pressure reducing valveThe Parker DWL/DWK series pressure reducing valve can keep the pressure at the secondary end (port A) constant according to the set value. To achieve accelerated response, it is equipped with a sliding spool, and the flow control valve in the spool keeps the control oil flow constant. |

Parker DSA-P07 series proportional relief valveThe Parker DSA-P07 series proportional relief valve is controlled by an external electronic module. This allows for seamless selection of the required response pressure value for the overflow function. Corresponding regulating nozzles are installed in the pilot valve for each pressure level. The direct acting valve NG06 can also be used as a pilot valve for the DSA series. |

Parker VB * L series direct acting proportional relief valveThe Parker VB * L series direct acting proportional relief valve can continuously adjust the pressure from minimum to rated pressure. Typical applications include hydraulic control devices that require only a small amount of oil flow (such as tool adjustment), or pilot valves used as hydraulic control mechanisms for variable displacement pumps. The electrical control of the valve adopts plug-in amplifier VS110 or digital amplifier VRD350 or VRD355, or PCD module. It can also be used in closed-loop pressure regulation circuits. |

Parker RE * W series direct acting proportional relief valveThe Parker RE * W series direct acting proportional relief valve allows for continuous adjustment of the valve's minimum pressure to the rated pressure. Usually only used for regulating hydraulic equipment that requires very small flow rates, or as a pilot valve for regulating variable displacement pumps. The electric proportional control of the valve is carried out using the PCD00A-400 digital amplifier board and can be used for closed-loop pressure control. |

Parker VBY * L/VMY * L series pilot operated proportional pressure valveParker VBY * L/VMY * L series pilot operated proportional pressure valves are typically used in clamping pressure systems, testing and inspection devices, or weight balancing systems. It can also be used in closed-loop pressure control circuits. The structure of VBY * L: The relief valve consists of a main stage with a valve core and a pilot stage. There are control oil nozzles and damping holes on the pilot stage. The highest required system pressure can be infinitely adjusted on the electronic amplifier board according to the set value. The electromagnet converts the current into a force acting on the pilot stage valve cone. The structure of VMY * L: The pressure reducing valve consists of a main stage with a valve core and a pilot stage. There is a flow limiting valve on the pilot stage. The control oil is taken from the interior and comes from the P-channel (primary control) of the valve body. Control the internal reflux of oil. |

Parker RE * T series proportional relief valveThe Parker RE * T series proportional relief valve consists of a pilot stage operated by a proportional solenoid with integrated electronic control components and a DIN standard NG25 plug-in valve as the main stage. The power supply voltage and the given value signal (current or voltage value) can be transmitted through a seven pin plug. The input command can be between 0 and 10V or 0 and 20mA, please refer to the order number. The ramp time for increasing and decreasing pressure can be adjusted on two potentiometers without interfering with each other. When the entire useful signal range is not changed, the maximum and minimum potentials can determine the pressure range of the hydraulic system. Use corresponding adjustment nozzles on the pilot valve for different pressure levels. |
